Dan joined FeXY because although he loves the individual aspect of triathlon, he’s always been a team guy. He enjoys being a part of a community, pushing others and also getting pushed to be better. FeXY has been a really welcoming team that’s full of quality athletes and even higher quality people. Dan will be heading to Augusta for his first 70.3 where he’s looking forward to a super fast swim, gentle hills and flat run course to show case his run speed.

More about Dan and his professional side: FeXY is proud to be partnering with him and his fiance, Ryan. Dr. Dan Traxler is a chiropractor and co-founder of Connect First Family Chiropractic. He and his fiance started the practice earlier this year and are located in Sterling above Ridgetop Coffee Shop. Before chiropractic school, Dan played soccer for the DC United Academy and at The University of South Carolina. While sustaining two major injuries in college, he came to appreciate the functional and preventative approach to healthcare, and set out to have a deeper understanding of how to help athletes perform at their best and prevent injury. In his office, Dr. Dan takes a neurologically-based approach using posture, HRV and global mechanical assessments to help athletes move more efficiently and better adapt to their training. He is very excited to be a part of the FeXY team and hopes to add value to a community that has made him feel so welcome in the sport of triathlon. All FeXY members receive 15%-off each visit.
